Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Oman)
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs ((アラビア語:وزارة الخارجية)) is the government body in the Sultanate of Oman responsible for Oman's relations with the rest of the world.
The current Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs is Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah.
==Foreign policy==
Oman’s foreign policy guarantees the non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries. Its policy is based on following principles:
* Developing and maintaining good relations with all countries.
* An outward and international outlook, as befits Oman’s geography.
* A strategic location with longstanding maritime tradition.
* A pragmatic approach to bilateral/multilateral relations; while emphasising the underlying geo-strategic realities rather than temporary ideological positions.
* The search for security and stability through regional and global cooperation.
* Its representation in international organisations includes the Arab League, the United Nations, the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
